To cancel, you need to log in to you account from a desktop browser not the app.
When you log into your PairTree profile:
- Go to More
- Click Billing
- Click Continue (this will send you an email)
- Click the link in the email
- Click Cancel Subscription
Your profile will be taken down, but your information will be saved in case you decide to come back to PairTree (then you won't have to create a new profile!). If you want to delete your profile completely, go back to 'More' and select 'Delete personal data' and we'll take care of the rest!
